Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are dynamic based on the location, quantity of products ordered and the type of item being ordered. All the shipping costs are calculated at checkout and conveyed clearly to the customer.

  2. Processing Time: Usually all the orders are prepared, packed & dispatched within 24 hours of the order time. However, few items may require additional time for preparation. In such cases, customer will be informed about the shipping & delivery timelines.

  3. Delivery Times: Delivery times are dynamic and will be purely estimated by the carrier. All customers can track their orders at login<Orders. Tracking AWB details will be added to the customer after shipping the items.

  4. Shipping Carriers: We ship with the fastest & reliable carriers available across the origin & destination. We partner with Delhivery, Expressbees, Bluedart & Amazon.

  5. International Shipping: At the moment we don't ship to any of the international destinations.
